3 Days Bifengxia Trip
Bifengxia (literally, Green Peak Gorge) is famous for its varied vegetation, valleys and waterfalls. It also hosts Bifengxia Panda Breeding Center where Wolong National Nature Reserve moved after the May 12, 2008 earthquake in Wenchuan, Sichuan Province. Since opening in 2004, it has become home to several giant pandas including U.S.-born Hua Mei and Mei Sheng, The Vienna Zoo-born male panda Fu Long and Tai Shan, who was born at the National Zoo in Washington D.C. Su Lin and Zhen Zhen from the San Diego Zoo were also moved there.
Bifengxia in "V" shape is composed of Eastern Gorge and Western Gorge which measure 4.3 miles and 3.7 miles long respectively. Its excellent original landscape is a great getaway place and leaves a lot to explore.
Not far away from Bifengxia is Shangli Ancient Town which was once an important stop on the Silk Road (the Horse and Tea route).It is is also known for its 8 different stone bridges of varying style which cross the waterways surrounding the town on all sides.

11:30 - Grab your lunch at airport and transfer to Bifengxia (+/- 2hr min)
14:00 - put our big lugguage on the car and start hiking from Bifengxia up to the Guest House along a hidden trail (+/- 2.5 hrs)
18:00 - dinner at local guesthouse
Overnight at local guesthouse.
