Hike and Kayak at Nanbei Lake
Nanbei Lake is located in Haiyan County in Jiaxing City of Zhejiang Province, only 2 hours by car from Shanghai. It boasts the unique scenery of lake, sea and mountain occupying 45 square kilometers of land. Enjoy relaxing time in your kayak on the lake, along with a hike along trail most of time around the scenerary area and then walk up to the Eagle Nest Peak, the highest peak in the area, for spectacular view of the lake down below, and the sea off to a distance. You are guaranteed to return to Shanghai tired but satisfied.

Detailed Itinerary
07:50 - Meet at Starbucks at Hongqiao Marriot Hotel, near Longxi station of line 10
08:00 - 10:00 Board our van and head to Nanbei Lake Scenery Area in Haiyan County
10:30 - 11:30 Enjoy your relaxing time in your kayak (most are double kayaks which you can share with your team partner. Only 2 single kayaks are avaialbe at the moment)
12:00 - Local Chinese food as lunch at a restaurant inside the sceneray area
13:00 - 17:30 Hike along trail that leads into the scenic zone, make a stop at the “Walled City of Tan Xian”, the smallest fortress in China. And ascend to the Eagle Nest Peak, for the amazing view of the whole scenic area (about 13K hiking for +/- 4hrs)
18:00 - Board our van and drive back to the downtown (we might come back to Starbucks at 20:15 depending on the traffic)
